• • The Financial Adviser to the Govt. of India or his nominee in the Ministry of the Central Government dealing with culture.
  • An officer of the Central Govt. not below the rank of a Deputy Secretary to be nominated by that Govt.
  • An officer of the State Govt. not below the rank of a Deputy Secretary to be nominated by that Govt. representing the Department of Finance of that Govt. and
  • The Director, Kalakshetra Foundation
